The Johnson High School Jaguar Pride Association’s 2nd annual Jag-A-Thon is to be held on April 30 at the school with Cibolo Canyons as title sponsor. The event will give participants the opportunity to exercise with friends while raising funds for Johnson.
“I find it really fun cause you can walk it or run it with friends,” sophomore Grace McGinnis said.
With all athletic groups in attendance, students, families, and the community will come together to conquer the 5K/10K run.
“Running with friends is fun, but it’s family oriented as well,” sophomore Shannon Carr said. “Me and my friends all love running and supporting our school. Jag-A-Thon is the perfect way to combine the two.”
The event will begin at 8 am; afterwards, participants can attend Jag Jam. Visit Jag-a-Thon page to register online and learn more about sponsorship.
