Getting prepared for college can be a daunting process for those who plan to apply to different schools. Becoming familiar with schools, the application process, and different requirements can be overwhelming, but we’ve narrowed it down to a few helpful websites.
“I have done some searching about colleges and found their content somewhat helpful,” junior Taylor Colbath said. “I actually tried satscores.us and was able to determine if the colleges I have my eyes on would probably accept me.”
Some other websites to take advantage of are: www.collegeconfidential.com/talk, www.collegeboard.com, and www.zinch.com. Content offers a wide variety of information ranging from scholarship information to test preparation, help in college planning to student forums.
“I think every student should try doing some research to help them with enrollment for college,” Colbath said. “It sure did help me.”
