With a homelike atmosphere the fresh scenery of Churroholic sets it apart from all other churro shops. Churroholic has a location in downtown San Antonio. It is currently the only store open in Texas, but the trip is worth it! It’s a perfect place to stop buy and grab a snack with friends.

There is amazing customer service here. The attitude of all staff members adds to the welcoming and comfy atmosphere of the shop.

“My favorite part about working here is the overall environment, it’s just fun, fast paced, and it has a high energy that just keeps me going,” staff member Angel Salenas said.

The staff is always quick to make your order. The churros are made fresh there as soon as you order them, but a traditional churro isn’t all you can get. There’s an array of different items to order as well, such as a variety drinks and churros.

“The most popular drink is probably the chamoy mango slushie. The most popular churro item is probably the churro sundae,” Salenas said.

The items on the menu are tasty as well as instagrammable. The presentation of everything is simply perfect and the quality of their items truly stand out from other churro shops.

“There’s a lot more variety than a lot of churro places. We offer different options. We have a churro sandwich, a churro sundae, the breakfast churro bites, churros with different toppings, and then we also have a bunch of different drinks that you can choose from that other places don’t really have,” Salenas said.

Overall Churroholic had a different take on classic churros that were as equally delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here with friends or family because there is something here for anyone, from coffee and slushies to churro ice cream sandwiches.  If you’re looking for a sweet treat or a good picture for instagram, Churroholic is the best place to go.
