Summer school on the horizon for some

As school comes down to its final days, things must be in order to pass your classes, for some students it’s a challenge and are left with only one option – summer school. For other students it is by choice to take summer school. Whatever the reason, summer school information is vital to a smooth and  less painful summer.

  • This summer Roosevelt High School is offering a summer school program that can be really beneficial.
  • It is offered June 14 to July 29 for classes that meet Monday through Thursday, with no classes on Friday or July 4.
  • There are two available class periods daily; 8 AM-12 PM or 1 PM-5PM.
  • Tuition ranges from $75-250 depending on the amount of semesters you take and the courses.
  • Payment options can be made by cash, check, money, or credit card but has to be paid in full.
  • Online registration is available from now until June 9 by 9 AM on https://portal.neisd.net/ssreg/ for current NEISD Students.
  • In-person registration can be taken care of at Roosevelt High School on June 9 1PM to 4PM and June 10 9AM to 11AM.
  • Transportation to/from Johnson is offered as well
