Varsity Football

Junior Darion McElhannon, running for a touchdown against the Lee Vols.

Jaguar varsity football defeated Lee 41-0 on November 2. The defense led the jags with four interceptions and a touchdown. Next, the team plays will play Madison on November 9.

Varsity Girls Basketball

Jags girls varsity basketball team defeated the John Jay MustangsĀ  49-44 on Nov.5. Sophomore Erica Sanders and Junior Recee Caldwell had the most points for the team with 13 points each. Next, the team will play Laredo United on November 10.

Varsity Swimming

Freshman Sierra Stewart represented Johnson at the County invitational by finishing in the top five in three events. The boys were led by sophomore Colin Campbell who also had three top five finishes.

Varsity Cross Country

The Johnson varsity cross country ended their season at regionals. The Jags placed 16th as a team. Jose Murillo finished with the fastest time for the boys with 16:51 and Nia Stallings finished with the fastest time for the girls with 20:14.
