As we transition into the spooky season, seasonal flavors begin to overtake grocery stores. Whether you’re getting a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte or a Crumble Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie, pumpkin flavors are being incorporated all over this fall.
As someone who has never enjoyed pumpkin, this season is not always my favorite. That was until I tried the H-E-B Pumpkin Muffin Bars.
At first bite the bars remind me of the addicting and well-known Nutri-Grain Soft Baked bars until I taste a subtle but not overwhelming hint of pumpkin filling. The drizzle on top reminds me of the icing on a warm cinnamon roll and makes me reminisce about being in front of a fire on a cozy fall night.
The bars are delicious and soft-baked with a cream cheese filling and a yogurt-flavored drizzle. For $3.10 a box comes with 6 soft baked Pumpkin Muffin Bars. The bars are a limited addition and can be found at H-E-B.
